Adıyaman’ın iÅŸgücü istihdam ve mesleki eÄŸitim ihtiyacını tespit etmek, mesleki ve teknik eÄŸitim okul ve kurumları ile iÅŸletmelerde yapılacak mesleki eÄŸitim ve istihdam konularında etkinlik ve verimliliÄŸi artırmak amacıyla Vali Mahmut Çuhadar BaÅŸkanlığında Valilik Toplantı Salonunda düzenlenen toplantıya, Belediye BaÅŸkanı Süleyman Kılınç, Çalışma ve Ä°ÅŸkurumu Ä°l Müdürü Mehmet Emin Yücekaya, Ä°l Özel Ä°dare Genel Sekreteri Sami Işık, Ä°l Milli EÄŸitim Müdürü Ahmet Alagöz, Sanayi ve Teknoloji Müdürü Hacı DaÅŸtan, Ticaret Ä°l Müdürü Ömer Uslu, ATSO BaÅŸkanı Mustafa Uslu ve Sivil Toplum KuruluÅŸu Temsilcileri katıldı.  
Toplantıda bir sunum gerçekleÅŸtiren Çalışma ve Ä°ÅŸ Kurumu Ä°l Müdürü Mehmet Emin Yücekaya, 2020 yılı içerisinde gerçekleÅŸtirilen program ve projeler hakkında kurul üyelerine bilgi vererek, 2021 yılı için hazırlanan eÄŸitim planı ile istihdamın korunması ve artırılmasına yönelik uygulanacak programlara dair Vali Mahmut Çuhadar ve kurul üyelerini bilgilendirdi. 
Toplantıda konuÅŸan Vali Mahmut Çuhadar, “Ä°ÅŸgücünün istihdam edilebilirliÄŸini artırmaya yönelik iÅŸgücü yetiÅŸtirme ve mesleki eÄŸitim programları kapsamında 2020 yılında toplam 933 mesleki eÄŸitim kursu, Ä°ÅŸbaşı EÄŸitim Programı ve Toplum Yararına Program açılmış bu programlara 6.206 kadın ve 4.808 erkek olmak üzere toplam 11.014 kiÅŸi katılmıştır. 2020 yılı İçerisinde Aktif Ä°ÅŸgücü Hizmetleri ve Toplum Yararına Programlar kapsamında yapılan toplam ödeme tutarı 88 Milyon 385 Bin TL olup, iÅŸsizlik sigortası kapsamında yapılan 19 Milyon 256 Bin Türk lirası ödeme ile birlikte iÅŸsiz vatandaÅŸlarımıza toplam 107 Milyon 641 Bin lira ödeme yapılmıştır. Ä°ÅŸgücü piyasasının nitelikli eleman ihtiyacını karşılamaya yardımcı olmak ve Meslek liselerimizi daha fonksiyonel hale getirmek amacıyla, Ä°limiz merkez ve ilçelerindeki Meslek Liselerinde yeni meslek dalları açılmıştır. Yine Engelli ve eski Hükümlülerin kendi iÅŸin kurmasına yönelik sunmuÅŸ oldukları projelerden 5’i kabul edilerek hibe desteÄŸi saÄŸlanmış, olup, hibe destekleri 2021 yılında da devam edecektir. Ä°l Ä°stihdam ve Mesleki EÄŸitim Kurulu kararları doÄŸrultusunda 2021 yılında da iÅŸgücü ihtiyacının giderilmesine ve istihdamın arttırılmasına yönelik mesleki eÄŸitim faaliyetlerine devam edilecektir”dedi.
